Custom Bridal Bouquet
Our bridal bouquets are designed in a natural, garden-style using a variety of fresh blooms, textural elements, and greenery. Please indicate your preferred bouquet size in the Wedding Questionnaire. The most common bouquet is the Standard size, but we do have a Petite size if you are looking for something smaller, or the Deluxe size if you are looking for a larger statement bouquet.
We are not able to guarantee specific flower varieties, but we will put together a flower list for you which will include the flowers, textures, and greens we plan to use. If anything ends up being unavailable, we will replace with something similar and equally beautiful.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Our Guarantee
Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated, so please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any concerns.
Delivery Policy
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a time frame. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If No One is Home: We will return the flowers/plant to the shop and leave a message for the recipient. We will also leave a tag on their door asking them to contact us to set up a delivery time that works for them.
Recipient Will Be Contacted: We do call all recipients when delivering to a home address to ensure they will be home to receive the flowers. We do not need to call recipients when delivering to a business address, unless we are having trouble locating them.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
